    It can be seen that the main objective of the Fordist model applied in fast food chains is profit. Because of this need for profit, administration and microeconomics are therefore present in this organizational model. If McDonald's produces more with fewer workers, that is, with high productivity of these workers, it can therefore make some profit, which reduces the value of the final product and further increases sales.
