Every company must present at the end of each financial year the balance sheet that serves to demonstrate the health of the business society for a given period. Reporting required by law by most companies and is reflected through financial strength ratios and figures. In this project, we will deal with the company Gerdau S.A , a Brazilian company that in 2021 completed 120 years, where it started its operations in the state of Rio Grande do Sul where it produced nails.

When it comes to an organization, where there is a group of people with different thoughts, cultures and values, each one with their personal objective, characteristic and skills that they meet daily, we don't know if within that space, we will have a good or bad relationship. , if the means of communication suffer a lot of noise, if all information is being passed and understood in the correct way and if the means through which these messages are being sent are ideal.

The objective of this Project is to show that, together, the Members brought real data from auditing and expertise through reports and research, seeking to demonstrate the teaching passed during this first quarter and formulate in an explanatory way how to perform and what rules to follow to build these two themes from beginning to end.
