The cardiovascular system is classified as a closed, complete, and dual system. Cardiovascular diseases represent the main cause of mortality and disability in Brazil and worldwide. A heart attack is a process of tissue death in part of the heart muscle due to lack of oxygen, due to obstruction of a coronary artery. Some causes of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) are: high blood pressure, smoking, high cholesterol, diabetes, sedentary lifestyle, family history, etc. Its main symptoms are: shortness of breath, tiredness, pallor, heart palpitations, shoulder/arm/back pain, dizziness, cold sweat, abdominal pain, sleeping difficulties and nausea/vomiting.Item Benefícios dos agrotóxicos na produção agrícola(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) RAMOS, Bárbara Alessandra; SILVA, Gabriele de Padua; OLIVEIRA, Tainara Bossato de; RAMOS, Thais de Souza; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosAccording to Law 7.802/89, agricultural pesticides are defined as products and agents whose function is to change the composition of flora or fauna, in order to preserve them from the harmful action of harmful living beings. Pesticides emerged with the need to meet the increased demand for consumption and food input for the entire population. In the present work, a bibliographical review was carried out regarding the benefits that the use of pesticides brought and continues to bring to the environment and the crop.Item Biomarcadores para diagnóstico de infarto agudo do miocárdio(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2020-06-30) SALES, José Augusto Fontão; BONIFÁCIO, Adrielli Cristina; MORAIS, Bruna Pereira; RODRIGUES, Giovanna Campos; WENDT, Guilherme Rafael; ACETI, Rafael; CARVALHO, Uynne Melo; NICOLAU, Larissa Fernanda Correia; SANTOS, Odair José dos; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo deAccording to surveys carried out, the work is being developed from the confirmation of Acute Myocardial Infarction – AMI to the patient Pedro. From examinations carried out on the patient, it is possible to observe a family of proteins found in skeletal and cardiac muscle fibers, the Troponins, which are biomarkers in the case of suspected AMI due to their cardiac specificity, the increase in preload and the decrease in diastolic perfusion time facilitates the degradation of troponin I, which may be related to the ischemia of the innermost layers of the myocardial wall. Next, Creatine Kinase is observed. The CK enzyme is found in the greatest amount in cardiac muscle and exists in the form of dimers. Its concentration can be altered by several factors, such as the use of illicit drugs, acute or chronic muscle injury and the use of some medications. It is recommended to perform collections every 3 hours to confirm or not the case of AMI. And finally, myoglobin is a protein and biomarker providing the necessary oxygen for muscle contraction and normally myoglobin is not present in the bloodstream and is only released when there is some muscle injury.Item Defensivos agrícolas aprovados em 2019 e seus malefícios(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) BARBOSA, Paulo Leme Pinheiro; SANTOS, Lucas Fernandes dos; CARROCIERE, Estefane Cardoso; PERREIRA, Fernanda Carolina; GONÇALVES, Miguel Felipe Compri; SANTOS, Andreyna da Silva; PALMIRO, Victor Luiz; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosBrazil has always been a country focused on agriculture with production surpluses destined for the foreign market. Its production, export and use of pesticides has been increasing significantly every year. This work has its central theme the recently released pesticides by the current government, the gathering of information on their toxicological classification and its impacts on worker’s health and the environment. There are 51 new pesticides that were released in 07/22/2019: 7 new in the country, 28 toxic, 17 extremely toxic, 5 low toxic and 1 highly toxic. In total are 266 since the beginning of the year.Item Os defensivos agrícolas com um olhar aos seus benefícios(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) BERNARDO, Felipe de Lima; SILVA, Jeferson Carlos da; BRUNETTA, Maria Victória Tinti; MOURA, Mariana Rodrigues de; JUVENTINO, Mateus Cândido; NORONHA, Nayara Yumi; SILVA, Nicolle Klocke Camillo Santo da; ESTEVAM, Yasmin Rayane; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosCurrently, there is much discussion about the viability, efficiency and side effects of agricultural defensives. The present article proceeds from a bibliographic review, using literary contents related to the use of defensives, conceptualizing their applications and focusing on the perspective of the benefits of using agricultural defensives. It is understood as important to carry out a bibliographical study that would expose the beneficial contributions of the use of these products in agricultural production in social, nutritional and economic sectors.Item Doenças cardíacas: seus riscos e prevenção(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2020-06-30) ALVES, Gabriely A.; CHIQUINO, Júlia C.; NATUCCI, Maria Laura F.; MORE, Raphael L.; CODOGNOLLA, Thais S.; MENDES, Paloma T.; SANTOS, Odair José dos; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo deThe subject of this study has a direct impact on daily life because an unbalanced lifestyle such as poor diet, physical inactivity and shortage of rest directly affects the health of the individual, however many still do not understand the importance of having healthy habits and end up with several diseases. Therefore, a research was developed to analyze the customs of a specific niche of people in order to expose how a deficient lifestyle can influence the onset of heart disease. For the study, young people between 18 and 25 years old were chosen because, despite not being the age group with the highest incidence of heart disease, it is the period in which changes in habits can prevent the later appearance of such diseases. In total, 98 answers were obtained for questions such as: history of people with heart attacks or who have suffered a heart attack in the family, practice physical exercises, food, use of cigarettes and alcohol. The results were: 45.9% have a history of cardiac or heart attacks in the family; 75.5% eat an average diet; 49% do exercises sometimes and 45.9% do not use alcohol or cigarette.Item Eixo de métodos alternativos: benefícios a saúde e ao meio ambiente(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) DIAS, Gabriela Snidars; PALOMO, Isabela Cazarini; FRANCO, Letícia Porto Bozeli; CASSIANO, Marília Emily Russo; JACINTO, Natany da Silva; SILVA, Thais Caroline Pereira da; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosPesticides were developed in World War I and widely used in World War II as a chemical weapon. With the end of the war, the product was used and known as pesticide or phytosanitary products. Once used in agricultural systems, pesticides remain in food even after washing. Uncontrolled ingestion of these substances can lead to several diseases, including: Cancer; Paralysis; Neurological problems; Breathing difficulties; Skin irritations; Allergies; Miscarriage and malformation of the fetus, as well as causing numerous damage to the environment. It is for these ills and others still unknown that alternative methods of agricultural production without the use of pesticides are increasingly being sought and developed. Foods produced from this idea have several benefits such as: safer foods and free from chemical contamination that can cause health damage; more nutritious foods that preserve their properties that are not lost in the production process; and more sustainable production with no soil contamination, reduced use of non-renewable energy sources and reduced waste production.Item Estatística em prol da saúde e bem estar(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2020-06-30) SANTOS, Gabriel Maciel dos; DINIZ, Gabriela Serrano; ARAÚJO, Jonas Augusto Fonseca; RONCHI, Maria Eduarda; SILVA, Mirian Camargo; BUSCARIOLLI NETO, Osvaldo; MARTINS, Pedro Tavares; SANTOS, Odair José dos; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo deBased on research carried out with students from the UNIFEOB institution, we were able to obtain different lifestyle results. Through the graphs, we conclude that 50% of the people interviewed were aged between 20 and 30 years old, 52.5% are female, 50% do not practice physical exercises, 55% surf more than 4 hours a day on the internet, 50% suffer a lot of pressure at work due to the duty to meet their goals and challenges and their self-classification is 92.5% white people. Due to this reality, people use as an escape from problems and personal traumas a form of satisfaction by ingesting alcoholic beverages, unhealthy foods (fast foods) or smoking, becoming a priority in their lives, compromising their own health, leading the person to have several diseases, one of them being the Acute Myocardial Infarction, in this way, it isthe role of the prevention campaign is fundamental.Item Exames Laboratoriais de Marcadores Cardíacos(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2020-06-30) MORALI, Marcela Bonarett; MAIOLINE, Isabelle Crupovici; FERREIRA, Márcia Estevão; SANTIAGO, Pamela Silva; SOBRAL, Laura Maria; ROCHA, Raiana Fernanda da; SILVA, Raiane Cristina Tartarini; SANTOS, Odair José dos; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo deThe sharp myocardium heart attack happens because of the obstruction of some artery, which leads to the necrosis in part of the cardiac muscle for ischemia. This happens mostly in overweight people, hypertensives, sedentary, smokers, stressed, diabetics, and with high cholesterol. These reasons overtake the importance to have health habits like practice exercise and have a balanced diet. Even though that is the one of the biggest reason of death in the world, there is treatments and substances around the body that can be liberated in the instance that the begin of the heart attack appears; and when diagnosed, it can prevent to be worst or lead the patient to death. This markers are: Creatine Kinase (CK-T), Creatine Kinase-MB (CKMB), troponin, myoglobin and Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST).Item Fast Foods: composição química e seus malefícios a saúde(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2020-06-30) DIAS, Gabriela Snidarsis; PALOMO, Isabela Cazarini; GONÇALVES, Izabella de Souza; GUEDES, Jessica Aparecida; FRANCO, Leticia Bozelli; CASSIANO, Marília Emily Russo; SANTOS, Odair José dos; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo deFast food appeared in the United States in 1916 and since then it has been the most sought-after form of food by the world's population, both due to its fast production time and its low cost. However, what most people ignore is the low quality of nutrients and fiber that these foods offer. In addition, most of these foods are high in sodium, saturated fatty acids, trans fats and cholesterol. Researchers at the School of Public Health at the University of George Washington, USA, conducted a study between 2003 and 2010 and reported that their packaging contains harmful chemicals, such as phthalates, which still have little known effects on the human body (Environmental Health Perspectives). The great consequence of this type of diet is found in the diseases it can cause, some of which are: hypertension, acute myocardial infarction, obesity and diabetes. As a result of these, some reactions in the formation of toxic compounds presented are: degradation of lipids, hydrogenation, trans fats, sodium, pyrolysis, smoking. With the advancement of medicine and laboratory tests, some markers are used to identify an Acute Myocardial Infarction much more quickly. CK, LDH, troponin and myoglobin tests are important allies in this investigation, where they have direct links with our cardiovascular system. In addition to these highly harmful compounds to our health found in food, packaging has the presence of phthalates that cause consequences for the liver, kidneys and lungs.Item A importância da socialização inclusiva para a conservação da cognição durante o envelhecimento(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2022-06-30) TOMÈ, Amanda Mickaelli Ventali Jorge; TESSARINI, Ana Laura Gonçalves; FERREIRA, Angélica da Silva; MIGUEL, Francielli Fernanda; ABELINI, Tais Alessandra Furquim; RAMOS, Vitor Donizetti; CAMARGO, Tamires Lopes; PRADO, Marcela Duarte; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; BENTO, Patricia Oliveira de Lima; ISAAC, Gustavo Elias ArtenThe objective of the present study is to evaluate the impact of socialization on the cognitive abilities of the elderly.Item A liberação das 51 moléculas: benefícios nacionais(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) SANTOS, Maria Elisa Freire dos; GIMENES, Maria Eduarda Gorini; CARNEIRO, Maria Eugênia de Oliveira; FERREIRA, Stefanie Franco; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosThe objective of the present work is to show us that the use of pesticides is the most used by producers for the extinction of pests, thereby increasing their productivity. The first issue was to show us that at the end of July 2019 51 new pesticide molecules were released, the vast majority are products that have been in the market for a long time, but only now has the record of some companies to sell them, is the In the case of Glyphosate and Mancozebe based products that are old and used in time but not all companies had their record, the others are more selective products in the field that have higher technology and use less quantities but kill fewer natural enemies. In the case of pests, however, they are safer products to use because for the release of use the analyzes are more stringent as to health. The release of the new molecules was approved by the current government, where it generated a great repercussion, where many did not understand the need for this release, but Brazil is one of the largest countries with land and higher production and to maintain quality and quality. large amount with standards it is indispensable to use pesticides in the fieldItem Malefícios a saúde e interferências morfofuncionais causados pela exposição a defensivos agrícolas no Brasil(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) MARQUES, Jessica Alexandra; FERRAZ, Larissa Albuquerque; GENARI, Maria Clara; CANEDO, Maria Eduarda; CERVA, Maria Victoria; ALMEIDA, Victoria Caroline de; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosBrazil is the largest consumer of pesticides in the world. Several studies prove the harm to human and environmental health from exposure to pesticides. Analysis of scientific articles, books and online sites were carried out in the search for more information about pesticides and their morphofunctional interference in human health. It is essential to carry out studies on the effects of chronic and simultaneous exposure to various pesticides, in addition to studies on the nexus of structural determination of the use of poisons and their consequences. We were able to conclude from this that there are several interferences caused by the use of pesticides both in the population that consumes such foods as in rural producers, who, in turn, do not use safety equipment capable of reducing contact with these chemical components.Item Mitos e verdades sobre os defensivos agrícolas(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) FIGUEIREDO, Carolina Alves; RIBEIRO, Gabriela Moreira; VALVERDE, Laynara Moreira; PEREIRA, Maria Fernanda Inácio; COSTA, Michela D’Arki; GUERRA, Sabrina Gracie Del; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosThis work aims to clarify and inform about issues involving the indiscriminate use of pesticides and how harmful they are. Several studies prove the harm to human and environmental health if exposed to these chemicals. They are composed of chemical substances that are intended for the control, destruction or prevention, directly or indirectly, of pathogenic agents for plants, animals and people. According to Lopes and Albuquerque (2018, p. 219), Brazil is currently the largest consumer of crop protection products in the world. And in 2010 and 2011, 936 thousand tons of these were consumed. The use of agricultural defensives arrived in the 1960s and with the implementation of the National Agricultural Defensive Program (PNDA), it gained momentum in the 1970s. It is well known that the impacts generated by the exaggerated use of agricultural defensives have spreading countless problems to the population in general and the use and handling by rural workers without proper protection, has caused fatal pathologies. According to an article published on the website Redalyc.org says: [...] they act in the human body by inhibiting a group of enzymes called cholinesterase, which act in the degradation of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter...Item O papel dos marcadores cardíacos no entendimento do infarto agudo do miocárdio(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2020-06-30) FERREIRA, Camila; ROSSI, Isabel; SERRA, Julia; MORAES, Leticia; ALMEIDA, Lis; SILVA, Maria Fernanda; SANTOS, Odair José dos; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo deThe Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) is responsible for being one of the public health problems in Brazil and in the World. Cardiac markers are used to detect myocardial diseases, such as AMI. They invade the bloodstream, resulting in an increase in their levels. They are: myoglobin, creatine kinase, troponins, among others. Measurements of blood levels of cardiac markers are dependent on the time elapsed between the onset of symptoms and sample collection. The markers must have high sensitivity in order to detect the presence of cardiac injury, in addition to their rapid release at detectable levels. The objective is to present the markers, the role they play and their levels, together with the laboratory techniques used.Item Problemáticas de métodos de cultivo alternativo(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) MARÇOLA, Beatriz de Oliveira; CUNHA, Gabriela Nogueira da; GARCIA, Larissa; MORETTO, Lauriane; BICHOFF, Lorena; FRANCO, Murilo de Lima; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosWe know that agricultural defenders are harmful to health, so organic cultivation is well regarded and grows every day, but organic cultivation can also have its harms. Conventional crops have higher production, less cost and time, while organic crops offer superior quality, making cultivation more expensive and difficult to access. Due to this demand for cultivation time, there would be no way to meet the food needs of the population, not to mention that fertilization is done through the animal stock, which can lead to a greater number of pests and contamination in the soil, plant and man.
