    The position of organizations regarding capital is increasingly evident. human. It is already a consensus that people are one of the main assets of corporations and attitudes that each member of a team presents in the day to day of work have great impact on any company's performance. Communication is essential for the organization survive and have a good relationship with these different audiences.
