Logistics involves the integration of information, transportation, inventory, storage, material handling and packaging. All of these areas involve logistical work and offer a wide variety of diverse tasks. Therefore, this Integrative Project (PI) aims to explain even more about the importance of Logistics, especially the disciplines of Process Management and Supply Chain Logistics Management, which were studied throughout this semester.

Human decisions depend on conscience and knowledge. And knowledge intrinsically depends on communication. From this reflection, we want to emphasize the importance of a good communication between people in an organization, using communication is something indispensable for companies today.

This integrating project seeks to show the importance of training in the organizational context. Nowadays, the employee can no longer be seen as just any piece, as shown in Charlie Chaplin's film, Modern Times of 1936, training employees is very important for the company, as they are fundamental pieces in the gear that move the same. Having a well-trained, competent, motivated team... results in better production.

In the Integrator Project (PI), this semester, we will address the importance of Strategy in Logistics, based on the disciplines of Product Budget Value Chain Management and Strategic Cost Management. In order to best demonstrate the topic addressed, we chose the Brazilian company, AMBEV S/A, which over the years has shown how good logistics management has a positive impact on profits.

We live in a time when nature cries out for help, raw materials are scarcer, and the Environmental Management System (EMS) comes to be more than a set of norms and rules, it comes to guide corporate actions in search for the balance of man, industry and the environment. Important definition for these new times of valorization of green enterprises, the SGA is a set of policies, practices and technical and administrative procedures of a company with the objective of obtaining a better environmental performance, benefiting the company and society.
