    This work was carried out at Natura, a Brazilian multinational company focused on the cosmetics, hygiene and cleaning sector, founded in 1969. With the Natura brand, besides Brazil, they have business in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, United States, France. , Mexico and Peru. In our country, they lead sales and are expanding their retail operations, through their own stores and partnerships with pharmacy chains, also investing in digital platforms. In this project, we will detail the company's processes relating to the subjects developed during the semester, thus being able to elaborate an improvement plan for a given procedure.

    This article aims to present ideas on the theme of Social Security, which is a set of actions aimed directly for the good of society, including a Social Security, Social Assistance and Health. The Social Security with a compulsory contributory character to all who exercise Paid activity. In Social Assistance, no type of contribution is relevant, which is directed only to the most needy, which does not have conditions or any type of appeal. In Health, the service is provided regardless of financial conditions and whether or not to contribute to Social Security.
