    The chosen residence located in the city of Aguaí - SP, where this work had several pathologies, namely: infiltrations, inappropriate disposal of materials, unfinished roof, doors rotted by humidity and the work itself was all stopped and abandoned for financial reasons. of the owners. Our study was based on solutions to correct and resume the continuation of the construction of the work, in order to avoid future problems according to the pathologies found.
