    This work aims to develop a research on the ISO 14000 certification process of the multinational electronics company Electrolux. The process of choosing the company was due to the fact that it is a very reputable organization in the market and with great social responsibility, as well as easy access to the necessary information for the project development. Here, we will show a little of the company's history, its technical data and also the company's objective of acquiring ISO 14000 certification as well as its results.
