The process of choosing this company was because it is on the rise in the market and has innovated in the way people can move within cities, making it a pioneer in the environment in which it operates. Uber is an electronic technology and services company that operates in the passenger transportation business through an application made available to its users and collaborating drivers.

    In this module the main focus of the project was to elaborate a marketing diagnosis of Nova Sylcar company, analyzing how the company and its brand is seen by the public. With this project it was possible to analyze the scope of the brand, pointing out its strengths and weaknesses, and thus we analyze its power in relation to competitors. Its mission, vision and values were also detailed and we observed its positioning in digital media (Web), enabling the group to point out the company's positive, negative and improvement points for future brand expansion.

    The Tech Nature project is focused on sustainability, the project's objective is to bring an efficient and greener way to manage vegetable gardens and small plantations, having a great impact on the inhabitants of the hinterland who own farms and need use as little water as possible. There are benefits in the preservation of nature (water) and also in health itself, in relation to to food without pesticides with food grown at home.
