Products, Strategic Cost Management and Management of Goods and Services Production operations finding the best cost benefit for customers and the company.

    This work aims to show the benefits and carry out a historical survey of the development of the agricultural machinery and implements industry, understand the current structure of the market and the prospects for its future. There is a discussion about the importance of technical progress to compete in this environment. Competition and technical progress in this industry are studied, focusing on technological trajectories. The group concluded that the sector maintains the characteristics of a differentiated sector, with innovation and product differentiation being two important competitive instruments.
