The search was carried out through bibliographical research in articles, academic materials, review of literature, reports and studies, since the lack of financial control of Brazilians is a cultural and behavioral issue. It has as a reflection and consequence of this a high level of default, and a population that, for the most part, has had or has problems with debts and uncontrolled finances. One of the reasons for these results is the ease in obtaining credit and the inexperience in dealing with the money, thus generating an overwhelming number of indebted young people in the country.
