The present project sought to analyze the existing relationship between sustainability and business, questioning and bringing solutions about the dissemination of solar energy in Brazil, through a new technology, and how an organization, and all those who participate in it, can and should act with based on universal ethical principles in its relationships with internal and external customers, society and the environment.

Education is the key to change, and financial education is a topic of extreme importance for the conscious consumption of money, and thus, better understand how to manage your source of income carefully and make compound interest work for you, that is, knowing how to invest is a necessary action that requires knowledge and discipline. the present study seeks through bibliographical research and documentation, clarify the importance and status of financial education. The search was carried out through bibliographical research in articles, academic materials, review of literature, reports and studies, since the lack of financial control of Brazilians is a cultural and behavioral issue. It has as a reflection and consequence of this a high level of default, and a population that, for the most part, has had or has problems with debts and uncontrolled finances. One of the reasons for these results is the ease in obtaining credit and the inexperience in dealing with the money, thus generating an overwhelming number of indebted young people in the country.

In this project, we aim to create an application that makes it possible to rescue the meaning of conversation and learning, through discussion groups. The same will be directed to the corporate audience, in open and private rooms, it will be possible to create, make friends and develop organizational insights.

Project to create an Application, the IShop, in the city of São João da Boa Vista - SP The application intends to offer a delivery of several segments, centralizing all regional trade on a single platform. This company will be a small limited liability company - belonging to the partners Camila Alves, Lucas Fernandes, Luian Guilherme, Luiz Felipe and Luis Gustavo. They study business administration. The segments will be varied, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, shoe stores, clothes, among others. We will also have a support center where the controlling and prospecting customers for the application. Our target audiences are young people, adults and seniors and every citizen belonging to the lower, middle or upper classes who seek a quick solution to the daily needs.

The Integrated Project aims to present the company Magazine Luiza exposing its financial, economic and social disposition seen from different socioeconomic angles. In the Fundamentals of Administration study unit, the importance of a company's mission, vision, values and competitors is highlighted. How important it is to have a plan of the activities to be performed, to pass objectivity and trust to your customers. In the Fundamentals of Accounting study unit, evidence of how significant the balance sheet is together with the income statement for the year, we also find the analysis of liquidity and indebtedness, analysis of profitability and finally a conclusion on the financial analysis of the company evidencing its real organizational situation .

In this present work, our objective as students is to develop transformations positive feedback on the company ”Canal BW”. Today the company is inserted in a great market, with great potential for long-term growth and development, but for that company needs help to organize itself better and be able to walk a path with more ease. In the first phase of the project we identified the main discomforts of the company to be worked on, such as task organization, time management, cost management, improvement in production processes, among other points.
