Many companies felt the need to invest in people management to provide emotional support to its employees. That need arose from the perception of lack of interest, demotivation and a drop in productivity of the work performed. The purpose of this article is to emphasize how important it is for the company to get involved with its employees, motivating them and giving the necessary support so that personal problems do not affect your day-to-day activities.
