    The company chosen to carry out this project is SEBRAE, in this work it will be presented the development of the subjects learned in this semester, where we see the subject Leadership and coaching that was learned in training, to relate to people, among other issues, this base was used in this project so that we were able to carry it out. We also had the Staff Department subject, where it was used to make the topic administration of people and labor obligations, that this work was done above of labor reforms. For this project, we used the Talent Selection and Retention discipline, which we put the development of selection and recruitment processes used in the company. With the subject Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, the methodology of company, careers and compensation of employees, the salary strategies carried out by company and other items mentioned in the development of this work.

    The present work aims to present a subject that generates much discussion within the organizations, in which it directly affects the financial health of companies, whether positively or negatively, which is working capital. This article will address the importance of a good management of working capital, citing a famous case of Judicial Recovery of a local company, in which it increased its sales in a disorderly way, consequently its billing, but which, however, ended up getting into debt due to low profit margin.

    In the current semester, the group chose to develop the Integrated Project based on the company Adidas, using at various times talking about the World Cup balls. During the project, the group will present proposals for improvements for the next sports products launched, using as an example the improvements made in each product from Adidas.

    The present work aims to present the way that the goals system reaches an organization, making presentations of positive and negative points of this method in companies. through of a questionnaire aimed at employees and supervisors, in three different scenarios that using this method and observing the current scenario in which the world finds itself, it was carried out reflections on how goals affect emotionally and whether both employees and supervisors feel some motivation towards the imposed goals.
