The contents studied will be put into practice, they are: General Accounting, Management of Labor Liabilities, Quantitative Methods Applied to Business, Applied Statistics and Corporate Finance. In order to carry out this work, a fictitious company was chosen, most of the information and numbers contained therein do not correspond to a real company, together we decided to name the company as "VILPN" being it in the cosmetics business.

To carry out this work, a fictitious company was chosen, the most of the information and numbers contained therein do not correspond to a company true, together we decided to name the company as "VILPN" being it from the cosmetics branch. For the accomplishment of this, three liabilities were indicated as main subjects, which are: overtime, hazardous work and wage parity. Thus showing the rights of workers, and duties of employers. Let's show what employers can do to solve these labor liabilities, thus giving ideas and solutions so that they can solve their problems without major impacts within the company.

How important it is to have a plan of the activities to be performed, pass on objectivity and trust to your customers, and the presentation of the company's organizational chart and the differentials in the governance structure.
