    To carry out our work, we studied 5 subjects, each of which addresses a plot, but the union of all of them forms the complexity necessary to develop this project. The first subject we will work on is the Performance Evaluation, where we study the part of how the employee is evaluated, how he evaluates himself and the importance of carrying out this analysis. The employee as a key part of the organization needs to be evaluated, and constantly measured as are the results, the development, and the need for improvement, both of the leaders and their subordinates, it is extremely important to be carrying out constant evaluations in short cycles to obtain better results. .

In Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, the objective was to create, conduct and direct a career plan, the relationship between position and salaries. And finally in the Talent Selection and Retention unit, where the purpose was to create a recruitment and selection process in the organization
