    Population aging is a global reality that gives rise to diverse reflections and studies on its impact on contemporary society. In this context, the number of elderly people living in Long-Term Care Institutions has also seen a considerable increase and physical and mental decline ends up being accentuated under these conditions. In this context, the present study, in order to restore each person's individuality and life story, is based on literature and the experiences of each elderly person to restore their stories through personalized interventions.

    In this project we present the importance of the school psychologist and his work with teachers, employees, parents and students in the school environment, in addition to his challenges in the job market. This professional aims to analyze and develop the skills of students, especially those with special needs, developing the best learning strategy, considering the aspects of the place where the institution is inserted, in a multidisciplinary and inclusive approach.
