With this project we aim to show 3 labor liabilities of the company Click Geral LTDA and with that to develop and guide regarding labor liabilities From the definition of the concept that we worked with Prof. Marcelo Ferreira Siqueira, we were able to define, develop and solve the vacation liabilities, extras and nightly surcharge from Click Geral LTDA. In the course taught by Prof. Mariangela Martimbianco Santos, we performed the calculations based on the Selic rate for the period described to obtain the value individually and as a whole. Based on the discipline of Professor Renata Marcondes, we developed a quantitative calculation of the influence of liabilities within the company. Together with Professor Danilo Doval, we were able to analyze the impact they cause within the company's financial statements (DRE and Balance Sheet). And finally, together with Professor Dirceu Fernandes Batista, we saw the changes that were generated in ROI, EBITDA, Asset Turnover, Profit Margin from of the payment of liabilities. Afterwards, we were encouraged to create a resolution to these problems were developed and solved, to present how administrators the best way to prevent future problems like these three presented in this interdisciplinary project.

This semester, in the Logistics Management module, we will analyze individually each step of an operational process of a real company, and identify, based on the subjects developed in the semester, how each process works in the practice and through this analysis, we will develop ideas for improvements that aim to greater process fluidity, better efficiency and effectiveness, identification of failures and, according to with the results obtained, restructure the company's processes, reducing costs and identifying the feasibility of investments that will increase the company's profits.
