    The title of the IP is “LABOR LIABILITIES IN COMPANIES”, whose purpose is to reflect on possible labor liabilities that could occur upon the admission of employees. The project is based on the construction of a new company in the market, aiming to generate profit for its founders, aiming at the satisfaction of consumers, open to suggestions and criticism, and, if necessary, to change the methodology and team, as well as the goods to ensure better customer satisfaction. When executing the registration of the company in the responsible bodies, the entrepreneur is aware of accepting the risks of the business activity, so, thinking about the corporate structuring in the company project “CALÇADOS PASSO CERTO - ME”, we will analyze all possibilities, aiming at: profit, responsibility and social function, with a view to good relations between business agents: Employees, customers and employers; We will simulate failures that may cause future labor liabilities, we will think of alternatives to better solve them.
