    In this project, topics studied in the classroom will be addressed in order to put into practice the absorbed content. The company Nestlé, a multinational, was chosen to carry out the research. During the work, topics will be addressed, such as: Forms of hiring employees, salaries, training, feedback, and also labor calculations. A topic will be developed in each subject, as follows: • Performance Assessment: It will be developed how Nestlé works with its employees, the way in which the feedbacks are carried out, showing what it expects from each worker. • Positions, Salaries and Career Background: This topic will address issues such as how a career plan is created, what the reasons for each employee is receiving their remuneration, in addition to describing characteristics that the positions covered must have. • Personnel Administration and Labor Obligations: In the case of a personnel department, matters relating to employee vacation calculations will be addressed, based on information regarding the labor reform. • Talent Selection and Retention: In this topic, the trajectory will be reported, from the period of staff recruitment, to the selection of candidates, highlighting a step-by-step manual of how the entire process is carried out. • Leadership and Coaching: It is very important to always make it clear to each employee the way he is expected to behave in his activities within the company, and to check if there are employees who are unfit to be in the company, or who need more resourcefulness in some area, training, dynamics and lectures will be proposed so that they can understand and seek what each manager expects them to perform.     The main objective of this project is to analyze the labor liabilities of a given company, that is, the sum of all debts, when the employer, whether an individual or legal entity, does not fulfill its labor obligations or does not correctly collect social charges. , and how to manage these liabilities to avoid future lawsuits. In addition to the analysis of Labor Liabilities, their impact on the financial statements will be verified, and through this a financial analysis of the company's profitability indexes will be carried out, verifying what was their change after the insertion of each process.

    The work project aims to present the company Natura. The company was chosen for the study because it is very strong in terms of logistics. The project will address topics such as: Strengths and weaknesses, mission, vision and values, product line, in addition to the life cycle of goods, processes production, projects and subprojects, strategic cost planning, bringing thus an analysis to demonstrate some issues that can be improved in your logistics chain. To carry out this project, we have the disciplines taught during the semester, which we can mention: Production Management: Responsible for putting into practice the techniques management to better manage products and services in order to produce more with the shortest possible time.

    In an era of pandemic, where we see, every day, more companies closing their doors, talk about the cosmetic sector, where for many it is still considered superfluous, requires that this industry is committed to frequent adaptations and strong investment in innovation, especially in incremental projects, in order to conquer different audiences and consecrate their space in the market, thus managing to cross decades, always seeking to keep up with the current realities such as wars, crises, even viral pandemics. This article seeks to exemplify the innovation in the incremental mode of two large companies known throughout Brazil, and today, even internationally. Phebo and Granado, two companies that for decades have been in increasing innovation, mainly in the sales style, through e-commerce, a method that became the height of commerce in the pandemic era. The objective of the work is to approach how projects increments can leverage companies, and so, with the right resources and good decision-making can make companies able to remain in the market, always following the weather updates. The choice of companies allows us to exemplify, clearly and with several examples, how it is possible to implement of incremental projects, in different ways, in big brands like Phebo and Granado, while which, we were able to notice the magnitude of the improvements, but also, perform a closing where it will be possible to see how simple tips can be shared by large and small entrepreneurs, always helping in the best projects, achieving great results, especially in crises, such as the one we are experiencing, such as the spread of a virus unknown until then.
