    In order to implement the proposed project this semester, we selected the research objects from Elegance Boutique. We use the knowledge acquired by the learning unit of the current module to develop the project. Are they: performance evaluation, a tool used in organizations in the area of people. Its objective is to analyze the performance of a professional according to the activity for which it fulfilled the objective. Location, achievements and potential development. The human resources area studies labor legislation and calculation methods, as well as the process of hiring new employees. The purpose of the disciplines leadership and training is to diagnose and develop training needs company in order to learn how to improve their own and others' capabilities. In terms of positions, salaries and careers, the objective is to formulate, direct and guide the career plan, the relationship between the position and the salary. Finally, there is the selection and retention of talents, with the objective of creating a process of recruitment and selection in the organization.

    When we know the content of the Interdisciplinary plan, knowing in depth the marketing a firm, so we research a flashy company to diagnose and we chose Boutique Elegance. We sought to analyze all types of goods, how they are organized, by who is most sought after, how the owners relate to the clientele, values, and the way sales are made to customers. First, we seek to know about the microenvironment is microenvironment of this store, knowing the internal aspects about the providers, employees, providers service (advertising agencies, transport) branches. And external aspects, such as the general clientele, cultural, political, technological transitions and profits. The second step was to analyze product, values, place and promotion (discounts), more known as 4Ps, this way we will understand how this company delivers its goods to the market, analyzing the target audience.

    The main objective of this project is to analyze the labor liabilities of a given company, that is, the sum of all debts, when the employer, whether an individual or legal entity, does not fulfill its labor obligations or does not correctly collect social charges. , and how to manage these liabilities to avoid future lawsuits. In addition to the analysis of Labor Liabilities, their impact on the financial statements will be verified, and through this a financial analysis of the company's profitability indexes will be carried out, verifying what was their change after the insertion of each process.

    Artificial Intelligence has its era determined by the appearance of a distinct type of organization, designed for a workplace fond of digital networks. This new organization can be described by a chain in order to leverage an interconnected foundation of data and quickly favor the deployment of artificial intelligence, resulting in significant growth in learning. Established companies take a stand against the rise and advancement of new competitors who have opted for the use of artificial intelligence, using strategies such as attacking and disclosing the negative points and their disadvantages to consumers, when they cannot succeed in doing so, some companies seek to change their operations, modify and digitize many of their own systems. It is critical not only to take into account the technological feasibility of the necessary innovation or the scalability of the operating model in an enterprise, the best leaders must take into account the way their increasingly digital companies impact the communities around them and must consider the social implications and more difficult ethics.

    We currently live in a phase of inclusion and diversity, whether in size, color, hair type, race and several other factors. We can see a significant increase in plus size stores, dedicated to selling clothes of much larger sizes. On the other hand, we don't see this same increase in stores focused on smaller people for thinner people. It's this blurring of interest from stores to specialize in smaller sizes that we're going to explore. “Na Medida Certa” is an e-commerce that works only with clothes of much smaller sizes, acting as an intermediary between stores and customers.
