    In this work, an in-depth analysis of the effects that the labor liabilities caused in the company MTJ Radiologia, in which it is a imaging exams, such as X-ray. In the Labor Liabilities Management unit, some liabilities are identified that were committed by the company recognizing the laws that were breached to become such liabilities. And together with that, it is proposed possible solutions so that they are not committed again. In relation to the unit of studies of Applied Statistics, it is analyzed and demonstrated the ratio of how many company employees were affected by the Labor liabilities.

    The work aims to demonstrate the company's sustainable positioning Cristais São Marcos, along with its social and economic opinion. In the study unit Human Behavior in Organizations, mentioned the set of information presenting the organizational diagnosis of its employees with the objective of publicizing its internal management, presenting the result of social responsibility.
