    The present work is about human behavior in organizations, communication and expression, more specifically in how teamwork takes place, the difficulties to work in a team, express the importance of communication effective within companies, whether small or large. The general objective of this work is to exemplify all these themes based on a interview made with managers of a real company, where we can know in practice how these tools work in the work environment. The methodology used was bibliographic research, enriched with some interviews in the company itself, with managers and a collaborator
