When the company was created, it outlined goals and objectives to be achieved throughout years, always aiming to improve the company. Employees from the moment of admission has as its value your labor rights and your duties as an employee. O process of hiring new employees is done through résumés, which after be evaluated by the responsible team, the selected ones undergo an interview, being one more conversation to better evaluate the profile of each one. There is also a group dynamics among those selected, which generates a call list and are called according to the company's need to hire employees.
