For the development of this Integrated Project, the company Acolhe was chosen Ltd. With the help of the subjects of this module, an analysis of the values and impacts of Labor Liabilities on the company, generated by employees. Initially, based on the concepts covered in the discipline of Management of Labor Liabilities, the definition, development and solution of the overtime, overdue vacations and deviation from function. From the definition of liabilities, calculations were performed, based on the Selic rate and, with the definition of these values, the demonstration of how much represents, in percentage, within the company and what impact these values will have, in relation to DRE, Balance Sheet, Profit Margin, ROI etc. After the collected data, an analysis of the company's situation was carried out, in order to to identify and assist in actions that can prevent future cases. All development was carried out, respectively, with the help of teachers Prof. Marcelo Ferreira Siqueira (Management of Labor Liabilities), Prof. Mariangela Martimbianco Santos (Quantitative Methods applied to Business), Pro Renata E. de Alencar Marcondes (Applied Statistics), Prof Danilo Doval (General Accounting) and Prof Dirceu Fernandes Batista (Corporate Finance).

Suicide rates in Brazil are a sensitive and worrying subject. Data show that have increased, placing it among the 10 countries with the highest suicide rates in the world. world, as stated by psychiatrist Neury José Botega (2004) in his article. Following the same reference, it is also possible to find data proving that the tendency to this behavior is: “higher in men, the elderly, indigenous people and in cities small and medium-sized population” (BOTEGA, Neury José - 2014). São João da boa vista in 2010, had a population of 83,689 inhabitants, according to the census of the IBGE. In 2018 the population increased to 90,637 inhabitants; even with the increase population, the municipality can still be considered as small, as giving it a factor that contributes to the tendency of the population to behave suicidal.

Acolhe is a clinic created to assist and monitor the growth and development of children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The initiative was co-founded by Adalberto Ferreira, Ana Caroline Biazoto, Leonardo Moraes, Pedro Rabelo and Rafaela Pan. They had an idea from the moment they noticed that this type of clinic existed in only one city in the region.

Bradesco S.A, characterized as one of the main companies within the Brazilian banking segment, was chosen for analysis in this project, due to the availability of information for consultation and interest in knowing better the market in which it operates. The objective of this work is to analyze the company, through the perspectives of each study unit of the II module of the Business Administration course, so that in this way we can have a vision of its economic, social situation and market positioning. In fundamentals of administration, the mission, vision and values of the company are addressed, as well as its main competitors, threats and the profile of its customers. After that, the organization chart is presented, in which the existing positions are distributed.

In Administration, the topic addressed in the seventh module is Logistics Management, which consists of the relationship of all the parties involved within a production process, being directly or indirectly, the same can be about the transformation of information, consumers or products, thus, inputs are responsible for changing the state or condition of something to produce outputs, which are the outputs, that is, the results obtained. As the very meaning of the word management says, the objective is to manage, manage and manage. all existing procedures within an organization, so that it is possible to identify the biggest bottlenecks that prevent the company's healthy growth, ensuring their loyalty in the market.

The objective of this project is to develop the concept of sustainability, beneficial and effective for the salon. The proposal is the reuse of water, which, after being used in the aesthetic process, can be treated and used again within the company. Together, we imagined the installation of a cistern to capture rainwater in order to avoid waste and make the business more sustainable and concerned with the environment.
