    In this work, the objective is to understand the main problems of the KR Som company, to develop creative and viable solutions to solve them. In the analysis carried out to identify the company's "gaps", it was found that most of the problems and difficulties are focused on the human resources area, in the way managers lead and direct people in the process within the company.

In addition to presenting cases of great success outside the country, also highlights a case study of a company of São João da Boa Vista, which started a little while ago, at the height of the pandemic and how it is doing currently.

    This project aims to carry out an analysis to understand what are the best cost reduction and revenue increase strategies for the company Sabor de Family through a consultancy to businessman Leonardo.
