Therefore, it is necessary to obtain it hygienically, from healthy animals and under veterinary inspection. For this reason, the technological steps in the slaughter of frogs must be well performed, in order to provide the producer with a better yield of the product, and the consumer with safe food.

It shows multisystemic signs in the dog, but the main report is lameness, due to polyarthritis. Its diagnosis of choice is the enzyme immunoassay, indirect ELISA along with clinical signs. Prophylaxis consists of avoiding contact with the tick in endemic areas and in these regions it is also possible to institute the use of the vaccine. Affected animals are treated with antibiotic therapy.

This work aims to highlight some important factors in the search for a higher quality in the production of carcasses and sheep meat, describing and citing techniques related to carcass and sheep meat quality.

The most significant cause of condemnation was cysticercosis in 267 (4.50%) of the slaughtered animals, having their carcasses after re-inspection at the Department of Final Inspection, destination for treatment by cold and production of preserves to then be released for consumption. Relevant procedure adopted by the inspection service as protection of Public Health.

Investors have been changing this by showing that sheep have great characteristics, both qualitative and quantitative, in order to have a softer and more flavorful meat. In order for consumers to give more value to this meat, there is an improvement in the genetic quality, of the herds and the market has been slaughtering younger animals for the low amount of fat and better quality of the meat, with this the meat cuts have better aspects.

In degenerative diseases in Veterinary Medicine, such as: osteoarthritis, collapse of the trachea, corneal ulcer, among others, chondroitins are used in the treatment in an attempt to restore the cartilaginous matrix, obtaining positive results in several cases.
