    For the development of this Integrated Project, the company Acolhe was chosen Ltd. With the help of the subjects of this module, an analysis of the values ​​and impacts of Labor Liabilities on the company, generated by employees. Initially, based on the concepts covered in the discipline of Management of Labor Liabilities, the definition, development and solution of the overtime, overdue vacations and deviation from function. From the definition of liabilities, calculations were performed, based on the Selic rate and, with the definition of these values, the demonstration of how much represents, in percentage, within the company and what impact these values will have, in relation to DRE, Balance Sheet, Profit Margin, ROI etc. After the collected data, an analysis of the company's situation was carried out, in order to to identify and assist in actions that can prevent future cases. All development was carried out, respectively, with the help of teachers Prof. Marcelo Ferreira Siqueira (Management of Labor Liabilities), Prof. Mariangela Martimbianco Santos (Quantitative Methods applied to Business), Pro Renata E. de Alencar Marcondes (Applied Statistics), Prof Danilo Doval (General Accounting) and Prof Dirceu Fernandes Batista (Corporate Finance).

The initiative was co-founded by Adalberto Ferreira, Ana Caroline Biazoto, Leonardo Moraes, Pedro Rabelo and Rafaela Pan. They had an idea from the moment they noticed that this type of clinic existed in only one city in the region.

The performance worked in the company is related to the development sustainable, being formed by ecologically correct ideas, strategies and attitudes, viable economically, aiming at ethics and diversity, becoming the alternative for survival of the planet, allowing human beings to grow ecological solutions, seeing the difference between the terms “sustainable” (demonstrates the possibility of sustainability) and “sustained” (the sustenance already achieved).
