Item Avaliação e Gestão(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-09-30) QUIARATO, Izabela Cristina Bulla; FERREIRA,Ingridy Karoline NogueiraBrazilian education goes through contradictory moments when we make a relationship between the indices achieved in external evaluations and the opinion of agents involved in the school community. The search for quality education is far from being achieved in Brazil because it is common to blame school failure exclusively on the school and teaching staff, who are called unprepared and obsolete by society.Item Ciência e Sustentabilidade(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2024-11-30) QUIARATO, Izabela Cristina Bulla; JACOMINI, Mariângela LeocárdioThe use of technology and social media has significantly transformed the way people interact. Culture defends the customs and knowledge of a given group. Art mainly relates to the freedom of expression of individuals and their feelings, transmitting ethical values in different forms of language in a creative way. Censorship is a practice used in an authoritarian manner to control freedom of expression, neglecting the cultural differences of a society. With the Federal Constitution of 1988, any type of censorship was prohibited, thus guaranteeing all citizens basic rights such as the freedom to express themselves freely, reinforcing that we are all equal before the law.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) QUIARATO, Izabela Cristina Bulla; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaThe teacher's attitude is completely wrong, as he, as a transforming agent and mediator, must be attentive to the socialization dynamics between students. When a student feels humiliated by the opinion of their peers, this can become a more serious problem within the school environment. Physical or verbal violence can cause great psychological damage to those who suffer. The educator, as a person close to the students, must be aware of this, he must make his students reflect on the problem. Differences exist and respecting them is essential for coexistence in society. When the teacher ignores the problem, placing more emphasis on the bimonthly fulfillment than on the verbal violence that the student is suffering, he fails to fulfill his role as a transformative agent. The school, together with the school community, must discuss ways to prevent this type of behavior from happening. Initially, one must understand how this type of situation can affect the student's life. The important point is to get the entire community to reflect on the issue. Therefore, it is essential to develop activities that lead students to reflect on this form of violence; Activities such as conversation circles, lectures, films, are examples of activities to start dealing with this type of situation.Item História e Geografia(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2024-09-30) QUIARATO, Izabela Cristina Bulla; JACOMINI, Mariângela Leocárdio; SALA, Patrícia VasconcellosTeacher Ana Paula Silva is planning an interdisciplinary project that combines geography and history content for her 3rd grade students. It is of utmost importance that we identify the obstacles that students may face and work to ensure that these students receive quality education in a welcoming manner, resulting in an inclusive environment free from prejudice and discrimination. In the classroom, where we find the greatest difficulties in ensuring inclusive education, the educator has the duty to know his or her students, their development history, their capabilities and limitations in order to provide them with the best teaching conditions, favoring diversity and guaranteeing them a learning environment that respects their needs. In order for this inclusive education to be carried out correctly, it is also necessary to have qualified professionals to work with these students; the educator must constantly update their professional skills to keep up with new inclusive pedagogical practices.Item MATEMÁTICA E LETRAMENTO(FUNDAÇÃO DE ENSINO OCTAVIO DA SILVA BASTOS, 2023-02-01) MIRANDA, Anielle Querobim Ferreira; QUIARATO, Izabela Cristina Bulla; TELINI, Maria Fernanda; TAPI, Rafaela; ANDRADE, Roberta Cristina deFor a long time, schools had teaching methods, which today we can entitle as traditional methods. The classrooms were filled with books, dictionaries, booklets and the student was forced to repeat several times what the teacher dictated in the classroom. classroom as a learning technique. But, as we know, these methods by repetition were not effective, the student learned to read, write and memorize, but was unable to become a citizen able to reflect and create a critical sense in relation to the environment in which he lives. According to Freire: “An education that seeks to develop awareness and the critical attitude, thanks to which man chooses and decides, frees him instead to submit it, to tame it, to adapt it, as it does so often education in force in a large number of countries in the world, education which tends to adjust the individual to society, rather than promote it in its own line.” (FREIRE, 1979, p. 19). Freire further states that: “So that literacy is not purely mechanical and a matter only of memory, it is necessary to lead the adults to become aware first, to who soon become literate themselves. Consequently, this method to the extent that it helps man to deepen his awareness of his problematic and his condition as a person and, therefore, as a subject – becomes a path of choice for him. At this moment, the man politicized itself.” (FREIRE, 1979, p.26). Over the years, there have been changes in literacy processes. With the modernity, it was necessary for schools to adapt with the use of equipment technologies and use them in teaching methods, making them more effective and able to transform classrooms into a facilitating, didactic and favorable environment for interaction between educator and student. When schools apply technological tools in the teaching environment, it transforms the student's perspective, making them more and more beings with logical reasoning, able to associate ideas and playfully work on new writing and reading skills, consequently encouraging the student to become the protagonist in their educational journey.Item Planejamento e Gestão(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2022-06-30) QUIARATO, Izabela Cristina Bulla; TELINI, Maria Fernanda; TAPI, Rafaela; ANDRADE, Roberta Cristina de; FRANCISCO, Simone Caroline Macedo; SANTOS, Sérgio Ricardo dos; JACOMINI, Mariângela L.Literature should be encouraged and stimulated from a very early age by families, even when they are babies. In education, reading should be part of the student's daily life, as it plays an important role in cognitive development and language acquisition. Reading is capable of transforming the human being and the world in which he is inserted. It enables the development of language, reasoning, concentration, expression and creativity, which are essential elements for the process of learning and training citizens who are aware of their social role. Childhood is the phase of discoveries, it is the period in which the child establishes the processes of consciousness and for these processes to be meaningful, he needs to receive adequate stimuli. Reading in early childhood education with the help of playfulness contributes to the consolidation of emotional, cultural, ethical and social values.Item Tecnologia e Planejamento(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2022-11-30) MIRANDA, Anielle Querobim Ferreira; QUIARATO, Izabela Cristina Bulla; MELO, Luana Carolina Ferreira de; TELINI, Maria Fernanda; ANDRADE, Roberta Cristina deToday's world is witnessing the emergence of new technologies that are not just innovations.
