This integrated project aims to analyze the social and environmental environment, the theme addressed was the Socio-Environmental Actions of the International Paper Company and Its Impacts on the Environment, where we will analyze the human behavior within the organization, its social balance and its sustainability. The company chosen was International Paper, located in the municipality of Mogi Guaçu - SP. We chose the company for working directly with substances deposited in the atmosphere, for causing a great impact on the environment and also for being a company that generates significant growth in the city where it is located.

This paper aims to develop a plan of labor liabilities, encompassing the five units of study applied in this module, which are the legal aspects of corporate structuring, the management of labor liabilities, the statistics applied to it, the quantitative methods applied. business and put an end to working capital management, where it will be developed based on the structure and nature of the business of Café Pacaembu LTDA. Initially, in Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring, it sought to understand what the step-by-step to follow for the establishment of a company. Thus, this unit sought to demonstrate how to start a LTDA company, from the process of social contract, which would be its members, their quotas and place for proper registration until the release of the definitive business license.
