    This work aims to demonstrate how accounting entries are made manually and within a real system. Every accounting entry must follow the criteria established by the Accounting Standards, Principles and Conventions, and all entries must be registered, with documentation necessarily proving the occurrence of the entry, such as: invoices, duplicates, invoices, among others.

    In this project, the objective is to carry out an analysis of the last three financial statements presented by the company Ambev S.A., through vertical and horizontal analysis, as well as to elaborate the liquidity and activity indicators presented by the elected company. Decision-making indicators are extremely important tools for managers to be able to measure the company's efficiency. The data obtained through these indicators also make decisions more assertive, based on concrete figures.

    The present work aims to address the corporate budget, the taxation scenario in Brazil and the existing taxation regimes, with a greater focus on the regime of the base company Magazine Luiza S / A, which is one of the largest retailers in the country, was also presented to the importance of the business budget in the organization, how it is prepared and what are the processes for making the projections happen as expected.
