    Magazine Luíza was chosen because it is a large reputable retail company throughout Brazil, and we were curious to analyze how it behaves in decision making, these decisions will occur through the indicators, to find these indicators we use the statements With this we found the indexes that helped us analyze the situation of the company and also verified how it is compared to its competitors. In the Controlling part we carry out your SWOT analysis, which are your strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats. Through this analysis we realize how the company is in its internal and external environment, so that we can see what needs to be improved in the organization from our point of view. In order to close the controlling part, we performed the Balance Scorecard, which aims to set goals according to the company's indicators. This indicator is applied in all departments of the company, from personnel to sales to accounting. In the Financial Statements Analysis part, it was used in Magazine Luíza for a better evaluation in the economic, patrimonial and financial aspects. It analyzes all the company's performance ratios, is a set of tools for analyzing all its financial statements, so that a more detailed analysis of its financial statements is done, thus helping the group to make better decisions.
