    The topic addressed was ICASA's Socio-Environmental Actions and their Impacts on the Environment and Andradian Population. We chose the company because it is well known in the sanitary ware business and is one of the largest companies in the city where it is located. In Human Behavior in Organizations, we analyzed through interviews with company employees, the internal situation of the work environment. The interview consisted of a semi-structured questionnaire, which helped to conclude that the company environment is harmonious. In Scientific Methodology, it was approached the research methods that guided us to the elaboration of the questionnaire, also approaching how to elaborate a theme with objective, problem, justification, hypothesis and how to format an academic work.

    The choice of CIA HERING is due to the fact that the company is a well-known company within the textile market, which facilitated the provision of data for the project.
