We chose the company because it is well known in the sanitary ware business and is one of the largest companies in the city where it is located. In Human Behavior in Organizations, we analyzed through interviews with company employees, the internal situation of the work environment. The interview consisted of a semi-structured questionnaire, which helped to conclude that the company environment is harmonious.
