The work that begins here presents the proposal of creating a new venture. Along with this proposal we will present several ideas related to its creation and its projection in the real market. We will cover topics related to the planning of this new company, the strategies that will be used for it, the values, mission and objectives of this new business. We will also guide this simulation with entrepreneurship information and the suggestion of a final business plan. When it comes to “BRAINSTORMING BUSINESS”, we are implying that this project will bring a series of concepts related to creativity, idealization, coordination and realization of a new project.

The objective of this project is to talk about the forms of communication used by the teams in the work environment, and also how effective this communication is in achieving the objectives of the entire group. We understand the importance of communication, because it is through it that people so different within the same group can achieve a common goal.

The objective of this project that begins here is based on the creation of a new company, establishment of its corporate name, definitions of the business point and admission of employees. Thinking about a fictitious company, but seeking to reflect situations very close to reality, we will also be simulating some labor liabilities that could happen in this particular case, with the employees of this new venture. We hope with this reflection to reach the objective of mirroring reality and to verify if we would be prepared for issues related to the management of labor liabilities and corporate rights / structuring, as well as the subjects of study proposed in this unit.
