These aspects need to be analyzed by all areas of the company. The question of the company's budget, which involves all sectors and is so fundamental for financial planning, needs to be analyzed carefully until even because of the impacts that the organization can also suffer when this theme is not well worked out, or correctly aligned between all parties.
