    With the elaboration of the business plan it was possible to analyze the needs of the clients that the cooperative intends to attend, besides knowing better the market in which it will act through the study of the competitors, where it was compared prices, forms of service, quality and variety of the products. . This led to the main products that the cooperative will offer due to market demand. A very important analysis for the company's study was SWOT, identifying the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities makes the company organize itself for its preventive and corrective actions and with them it will be possible to reduce the losses of raw materials through inspections, avoid machines to stop periodic maintenance reports, as well as others already mentioned during the plan. With the financial analysis it was possible to identify all the costs that the cooperative will have, so that the expenses are planned during the operation. The revenue that the business plan shows us helps in choosing the best form of taxation that the company will be subject to. According to all the data entered, the cooperative business plan, which was made to obtain a better view of the investment, is viable, which makes the partners believe in the investment.
