In this project we will approach the study units of this quarter, which are Working Capital Management and Quantitative and Statistical Methods. But we will emphasize Debt and Working Capital, whose purpose is to analyze debt and its impact on working capital. We will make this analysis within the company Lojas Americanas S.A. The choice of the company was made by studying the Balance Sheets of various companies, and seeking a greater search for data and numbers that can contribute to this work, we came to the company Lojas Americanas S.A.
Passivos Trabalhistas nas Empresas

The work was developed through the creation of the company Carmo & Paiva S.A, based on Labor Liability Management and Fundamentals of Law and Corporate Structuring. In which the company will have its main activities in the retail business, focusing on better customer service and having quality products at fair prices. In order for the company to excel in its results, several factors have been thought and executed, focusing on good hires to avoid potential labor liabilities, having a suitable place to perform its functions and activities, having a strategic business point and being a company anonymous governed by the laws.

In this project we will cover the study units for this quarter, namely Environment, Business and Corporate Responsibility and Labor Relations in Contemporary Society. Within these two study units we will talk about Environmental Management Systems, ISO 14.001 Standards, Economic Systems and Social Impacts and Sociology at Work, whose objective is to analyze how these systems work within an organization and what is the advantage of working with them. We will do the analysis within the company Bio Extratus Ltda.
