    To address this issue, the present work will present through reports and research the importance of literacy and literacy in the child's life. Where literacy and literacy processes will be shown reflecting their concepts, differentiating them so that the meaning of each one is clear and that they need to be worked together. In this way, it is possible to observe that, throughout the literacy process, each step is fundamental for the student's understanding and that the change in the teaching staff has a positive impact on the student's progression and interaction at school.
