    Due to the considerable increase in the demands of the job market, the institutions are going through a time of organizational change. The present project was carried out with the aim of expanding the knowledge of human behavior in organizations, and communication and expression. With that in mind, we chose RH Software, a company with excellence in programs for managing offices and clinics. Bearing in mind the importance of effective communication, we will address relevant topics, such as: Human behavior in organizations, work in team and its difficulties, the effectiveness of written and oral communication, communication and expression.
