    Gestão e Espaços Escolares
(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) PONTES, Bianca Cortes; MEDICI,Fatima Aparecida
In educational institutions, it is known that the role of the teacher is to guide, transmit values (respect and solidarity for others), and teach following the imposed schedule. With this in mind, the teacher It has the function of teaching what is right. In Cátia's case, the teacher could have given her due attention and taken some action at the time. What the students did shows a lack of respect and values. As a suggestion, the entire school community can get together and start carrying out work aimed at this type of situation. Always taking examples and asking students how to solve it, what they think of the situation, how they would behave. Organically, until it becomes natural.

All applications in teaching mathematical literacy, especially in early childhood education, are rooted in playfulness. The more playful, practical and dynamic situations are included in this context, the greater the breadth and depth of knowledge will be achieved. We cannot forget everyday factors, real situations that involve the student outside of school in different contexts, which generates greater security and confidence in the learner to become even more involved with the world of mathematical literacy.
