    In this work will be portrayed the Fundamentals of Law and Structuring and the Management of Labor Liabilities that will address the main factors for starting a company to hiring its employees. In each topic of discussion will be described how the company Ana Rocambole Confeitaria EPP was created, from the company name and trade name, choice of commercial point, social capital and, demonstrate how a simple enterprise passed to be a small business.
