    This project aimed to raise awareness and analyze possible improvements to be made within the educational environment, taking into account issues of inclusion and diversity. It planned to increase the repertoire of mediators and help them in their training, in order to promote a better study environment, especially for children with neurodiversity.

    The number of new students at the university grows more and more, where countless people will adapt to a new reality of studies, to a different routine, as well as the change of bonds, the need for more complex responsibilities in relation to the environment they are in, autonomy and independence in the issues faced. In psychology, the understanding of personality is extremely important, as well as this importance for the research in question. There is a large literature on the subject, it is understood that there is a set of stable traits that will predispose the individual to act in one way or another.
