In the current scenario in the country, according to Sebrae, one in four companies close in less than two years of startup. This fact can occur due to problems such as lack of knowledge about internal processes, or lack of knowledge of the market in which it operates, or even the difficulty of generating customers that are at the same time profitable, demanding and loyal to the business style. As a result, an exclusive consulting methodology was created that helps companies to be in harmony with their internal processes and also to create products that will generate experience and connectivity with the end customer, be it a product or a service. This startup's mission is to help all companies become a reference in their market, bringing authority, using differentiation, growth3 and innovation techniques. Providing the loyalty of those who contribute to the organization and also of those who enjoy what they have to offer.

In this semester's project, we will use the company SHARED WORK LTDA as a study. The current management of the company has irregularities and violates labor rights provided for in the CLT. Our objective is to solve the problems involving labor liabilities that the company currently faces, thus freeing it from future fines for non-compliance with the legislation, which would be extremely negative for the company in several ways.

Reverse logistics enables several gains and identification of improvements for a institution, so the opportunity to deepen this theme through a company made present research is being developed. The company Duyvis Wiener, located in the city of Tambaú-SP, presented improvements in its processes, conversion of resources and impact positive environmental impact with the implemented theme. The research methodology used is basic and descriptive, identifying the processes implemented by the company and the approach taken, the selected scientific methodology links Duyvis Wiener's actions and ways of working, where the vast majority of them demonstrate the effectiveness and gain of resources or processes. Considering the improvements and reversal of processes, it was possible to save on a production process, avoid waste and incorrect disposal of waste, bringing environmental gains the company and the society in which it operates, thus becoming a sustainable company.

The frozen food market has grown a lot, becoming a major business for those who want to invest in this branch. Currently, most people work outside the home, which leads them to seek the practicality of modern life. The same goes for those who live alone and prefer frozen foods for their convenience.
