Aging will be, and already is, a hot topic in society due to the demographic changes that are taking place. With a greater number of elderly people in society, we see such relevance in addressing different aspects of this topic, and how awareness should be addressed in the hope of changing the way we see old age. From the focus on the meaning of life, which encompasses all aspects necessary for well-being, the importance of self-acceptance and the rescue of autonomy are essential for this and all phases of life. Family and social acceptance should also serve as a basis for a safe environment that enables autonomy and facilitates the work of stimulating neuroplasticity, since the human brain, contrary to what is commonly thought about advanced age, always presents the possibility of development. Based on this information, the study highlights the importance of individualized psychological work, in a multidisciplinary and awareness-raising partnership to seek a better quality of life.

The aging process is something that naturally causes declines over time. But when we create healthy habits during this process, we create protective factors against the action of time, both for natural old age and added to the difficulties of diseases. So, thinking about that, this booklet was filled with cognitive stimulation in order to exercise the mind, memory, perception, attention, and several other important points in a simple and fun way.

Health, food, education, sport and leisure must be rights guaranteed to children and adolescents according to Article 4 of Law 8069/90 (BRASIL, 1990), of the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA). This study shows the relevance of understanding the risk factors to which these children and adolescents are exposed, and how homes and institutions can play a fundamental role in their lives and education.

Brazil has 69.8 million children and adolescents between zero and 19 years of age, which represents 33% of the country's total population, among which 45.4% of children aged 0 to 14 years live in poverty. (IBGE, 2019). Social vulnerability can be defined as the unavailability of material or symbolic resources, as well as the difficulty of accessing social, economic and cultural opportunities (ARAUJO DE MORAIS, RAFFAELLI & KOLLER, 2012, p.119).

The importance of social determinants has been increasingly discussed, especially regarding their negative effects and long-term consequences. Longitudinal damage is amplified in the presence of social vulnerability, which among its definitions seeks to explain how the interaction of subjectivity with various social factors (e.g. socioeconomic conditions, access to services, prevailing culture, social relations and subjectivity itself) impact negatively their daily life (SCOTT, 2018).

Project to carry out a behavioral workshop, guided by UNIFEOB professors, on interpersonal conflicts in the work environment, with the objective of raising awareness and preventing these triggers that increase obesity. Data were collected on the variables present in obesity in the hospital environment, especially after the Covid 19 pandemic. The theme was chosen based on the medical records of the participants, where one of the main complaints was interpersonal conflict.
