Inclusive Residences (RI), according to the Ministry of Social Development and Fight against Hunger, are institutional reception units, within the scope of the SUAS' highly complex special social protection, targeting young people and adults with disabilities who do not have conditions for self-sustainability or family support . Within the IR there are several residents, with disabilities and different degrees of dependence, and caregivers are primarily responsible for encouraging and training independence, therefore, we must highlight the importance of good training of the capacity of employees who work with patients, so that they learn to meet everyone's needs according to each individuality. The objective of this study was to verify the level of qualification of caregivers in relation to psychoeducational aspects and thus propose training aimed at improving management in relation to residents.

The concept of inclusion and its definition can often be interpreted superficially as being just an act of interaction between any person, an interpretation that makes this theme become the agenda of several discussions about the existence of inclusion in today's society or not. , a word that aims to include all people in a given environment, using equity for all, where even changes in the environment are foreseen, to guarantee an inclusive educational system without discrimination (Decree n° 7.611, 2011).

For most university students, entering college and staying there is somehow an effort and generates doubts, for example in terms of which course to take, or if this is what they really want for life, as they understand that the choice of course is unique and cannot be changed during your professional and academic life. Problems with focus, many activities, reconciling work, social life and academic life, are some of the points that cause pressure and discomfort in students, which can lead to stress. (CASTILLOA et al., 2000) In an approximation of the referential field of mental health, it becomes noticeable that every day, individuals develop different disorders. In the meantime, at universities it is believed that anxiety and depression have been rivals for students' mental health. (CASTILLOA et al., 2000)
