    The clinical analysis laboratory must ensure that the results obtained in clinical examinations are real and have not suffered external interference. To ensure correct diagnosis based on laboratory analysis results issued by the establishment, it must have quality control programs. The clinical laboratory must ensure the reliability of the laboratory services provided, by at least carrying out internal quality control and external quality control (proficiency tests).
