    This is a consultation formulated by Luana on the existence of a thesis for her defense, to rule out the attribution of the crime of intentional bodily harm, as well as possible consequences on bringing an action related to a subscription contract with the newspaper Tribuna, which contains a clause of arbitration. The consultant was arrested in the act of committing the crime of bodily injury, after suffering an accident with the car purchased in the Machadinho parking lot.
