    The objective of this Integrated Project (IP) is to present the knowledge that acquired in the courses of Fundamentals of Law and Business Structuring and Management of Labor Liabilities. Following the guidelines that were given for the development of the PI, this team conceived the company CLICK VAREJO S/A, a company in the commerce sector, a mega retail store of furniture and appliances, established in the west of city ​​of São Paulo/SP.
