    In this integrative project I will address the importance of knowledge about the Economy in general and especially for the employer, studying economics is very important so that we can understand the relationship between people, companies and countries, it is a science that many believe they understand, but when asked cannot define or explain what it is about, it permeates and crosses social life as a whole, since the production and reproduction of life require exchanges, cooperation, the economy explains its social importance, as they interfere directly and indirectly in the functioning of society, and in the case of our integrated project company, the Napoli bakery, it is no different, we will address the problems related to the theme, the challenges faced during changes, whether political or by nature in relation to raw materials, hand of work, all of which directly or indirectly influenced each and every company.

    The objective of the project is to show how the control and organization is done in practice in relation to the day to day of a trade, in relation to the environment, I will show how we care about the world we live in and our plans for the future, we can to say that our company Padaria Napoli is becoming an example, we can say that in the beginning we could not have better control over the damage we caused to the environment, but as the years and the increase in productivity and demand, it was necessary to implement a system for better control of waste discarded by the bakery, we have a large volume from plastic, to product packaging destined for the bakery production, and we contribute to the selective collection of the neighborhood in which we are located, we have garbage bins next to our facilities for better separation, and inside we have posters to make the customer aware of the concern with the environment for a better future of the planet.
