    In this 6th module, 5 more subjects were presented, controllership, analysis of financial statements, management accounting, compliance and international standards and strategic cost management, all of them very specific. And throughout the semester we developed each one, and applied it to the company chosen by the group, which was AREZZO, a company that, in turn, strives to be the best company in the shoe segment, seeking not only leadership in the sector in which it operates, but rather the confidence of each consumer and admirer of the brand.

    The company Ric Mania was founded in March 2016 by Ricardo Perpetuo Prazeres, in the city of São João da Boa Vista – SP, with CNPJ 26.147.669/0001-02. Initially, the company sold Gourmet Burgers, but in the same year it was founded, in September, the entrepreneur had the opportunity to start selling his products at the UNIFEOB College. The company underwent a major restructuring, since at the college it was possible to choose between two options to work, Mexican or Japanese food, areas completely different from the entrepreneur's initial proposal. Therefore, Ricardo took a Sushiman course and opted for the oriental food industry, specifically Japanese. His partner, André, played a fundamental role, where he trained and taught Ricardo how to work with this type of cuisine. The products offered by the company are: Hot Roll, Temaki, Sushi Burger, Japanese food combinations, among others. These products are produced daily by the company and the intention is to serve its customers in the best possible way.

The project seeks to evaluate how the Lei do Bem directly influences the research, technological development and innovation processes within the company.

With this, this project will provide the organization with a manual showing the step-by-step process for adhering to the benefits of the Lei do Bem, as well as examples of success, analyzes and projections carried out for observation of the company, through the study units of the semester.
